Can I get a replacement controller for my busted up one?

You should never post your personal information on a public forum. If the controller is under warranty, you can see about sending it in for a replacement. Otherwise, you'll need to purchase a new one. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/controller-warranty

You can ask for a replacement Day One Controller. My controller left stick was acting up to and I went on the chat and told them my issue with the controller to get me another one shipped out since it's covered with the warranty.

you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

such the one that comes with the console package is most likely tied to the serial number of the console that it was packaged with. Kind of similar to when you purchase a car, all of the components are tied to the VIN number. So yes, if you purchase a second
controller and claim that is the one that came with the console package, you'll get busted and charged for a replacement.
