Can i get a refund since bo6 doesn let me play multiplayer

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues playing multiplayer on your Black Ops 6. I understand that you want to request for a refund as well.

Please note that a Game Pass subscription is required to play online in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6

You may check the status of your Game Pass by pressing the Xbox button to open the guide.

Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

If you have a Game Pass subscription and you're still having issues, re-login to your account by pressing the Xbox button, select Profile & system, and then select Sign out to sign out and back in. Check for the game once more after logging back in.

If you still wish to proceed with the refund, please see the following criteria:

1.Requests are made within 14 days of the purchase date

2. Requests are for games in which you haven’t accumulated a significant amount of play time

If you think that you've met these criteria, please submit a refund request through this link: https://www.xbox.com/refunds

You will need all Order numbers and Dates of the purchase to fill out the webform. You may obtain those information by going to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If the refund request is approved, you'll see it being processed on your Microsoft account, and you'll no longer be able to access the digital game product. Refunds may take several business days or longer to appear in your account, so you may want to check with your financial institution to understand when the applicable payment method will be credited.

it doesn´t work for me and i only can play btf 4 offline but i buy it for playing the multiplayer

Kindly make sure that the game is successfully purchased under the account that you're using, please follow the steps below:

"Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History"

Once confirmed that it is purchased under the correct account, please make sure that this pack is installed successfully:

Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

it tends to do that with any game that doesn`t have online play/multiplayer.

Hi, i got contact with Xbox and EA personel and no ones can solve the problem, Microsoft refunded me DLC´s money; I read the DLC doesn´t work at all.
