Can I get a refund on the Xbox game pass core that I bought with my Microsoft points?

There was never a Game Pass Gold Subscription. You're probably thinking of Xbox Live Gold, which used to give you 4 free games a month (2 360 and 2 Xbox One). Xbox Live Gold was retired with the Games with Gold program back in September. It was replaced by Game pass Core, which still gives you online multiplayer, and access to just over 26 games from the Game Pass catalogue.

Game Pass Core does allow online multiplayer. It's just an enhanced version of the previous Xbox Live Gold.

so if i cant play a game that i bought before all this, will you refund me the cost of the game and all transacations i did with in the game since i cant play it anymore since i dont plan on getting the core ultimate ****. had no issue when xbox live gold was in effect only having issues now. only right you refund me my moneys worth on a game where im being locked out of. same with other games that i own that are on xbox game pass. i own 14 games that are on xbox game pass. whats the compromise huh
