horizon 2, you would not get a refund and you would not be able to get a code to download, if you own it it will be in your ready to install section.

This game can no longer be purchased as it has been delisted and removed from sale. unless you find a disc.

I think the most I’ve racked up is 400+ on Foza Horizon 4 and 300+ on RDR2.

Check your purchase history and then ask all people who had access

If you feel the account has been compromised

Call support

If they find unauthorized access they will refund the points

However it can take 25 business days
