Can I get a refund for an old game that I never really played or played once?

Refunds are typically issued for requests meeting the following criteria:

1. Requests are made within 14 days of the purchase date

2. Requests are for games in which you haven’t accumulated a significant amount of playtime

Generally, old games won't be refunded, no...however, the easiest way to check is to go into your purchase history and, if it's refundable, there will be a refund button there.

As to not having it owned, far as I know there is no facility to have it removed from your account....after all, what happens if you have it removed from your account then one day decide you'd like to play it? It would create all sorts of issues

I really don't get the backward compatibility argument, once there's plenty of games out who will play their old games? I still own Fable, Halo 1, Halo 2 and Fusion Frenzy and have never played them on the 360, if you really want to play 360 games keep your
360.

Including the option to change the graphics between the old version and new version simply by pressing BACK, is interesting. I really, REALLY hope for once they get co-op right and include the option to join and host random games. I can't believe they've
never had this option in the series yet. The majority of people on my list play the campaign once, then only play multiplayer.

Got lords of thr fallen, never played it. My 5 year old nephew played it for 2 days and it's a digital deluxe worth 86 bucks. Is there really no refund. Cause I went on micro.com did the refund article and all it did was erase the game of my Xbox and said I had to pay for it agian
