    Can I get a refund even if I’ve gotten more than two hours of play time?


    Ii have requested a refund because my lottle brother baught a game on my xbox without my permission, the very next day i requested a refund. While i was waiting, i played the game but i have only just found out i need less than 2hours worth of free time
    (i have 2:58 hours of time played)

    No. Customer service doesnt have the power TO give a refund. The only way to get a refund is via the refund request form you already submitted.

    Customer service has no say whatsoever on if you get a refund or not. They arent the ones who make that decision

    You have to reply in the email

    Fyi if its a creditcard it can take upto 3 dayd for ms to issue thr refund but your bank will NOT issue the refund till thry proccess it which can take upto 30 days

    Unless its paypal which case the 90day refund policy applies
