Can I get a new Xbox series x?

Hi, I've purchased a refurbished Xbox series x, meaning and supposedly that this console was checked for errors, crashes games, bugs, etc. especially series x games like Star wars Jedi survivor, what I don't know if it's the game itself is buggy or it's the console itself, so how come other people can play this game but I can't, starting to believe that this refurbished console is still not working or checked well, so I'm asking can I return this refurbished series x for a new console? If not then I request a refund. Thank you.

I just bought a brand new Xbox One X, but when I go to the store, Flight Simulator and other Xbox Series X/S games say they are "not playable on this device" and I can't get Flight Simulator to install on my brand new Xbox One X because it says it's "not compatible". Very frustrating.

So you bought an Xbox One X and expected to be able to play an Xbox Series X game on it?

Why would a game made for an Xbox Series X work on an Xbox One X?

If you want to play Xbox Series X/S games I would take your brand new Xbox One X back to the store you bought it and see if they will take it back and you could try and buy an Xbox Series S (Series X consoles are very hard to find, but a Series S can be found fairly easilly)

I think it's really a matter of choice. The good news is that all games released on the Series X will be available on the One X so you can get the One X now and when you're ready upgrade to the Series X and all those games go with you. But if you really
want the new console then go for the Series X.

If the console that you own was purchased using the Microsoft.com or Xbox.com website you can return the console and ask for a replacement or exchange following the steps included in this article

You have to contact the store you purchased from if longer then 30days then no you have to trade it in
