    cant redeem online codes for gears of war 1 and 3

    i cant redeem online codes for the gear of war 1 and 3 but i could redeem 2 and jugdment. i try changing region on mi console, hardreset, erasing my profile nothing work i need new codes. and xbox support told me to post this here so you can solve the problem.

    Please don't post codes on the forums. These are public forums so anyone can steal them. The codes themselves are universal. So as long as your account region and physical location are both Canada, the code should work.

    As Smwutches stated, please don't post codes on the forums as they're public facing and people can snag that code from you and there wouldn't be anything we can do about it.

    Have you tried the Prepaid Code Troubleshooting guide yet? Sometimes that can help out. Where are you physically located currently? Does your account match the region?
    Is your console also connecting to Xbox Live within that region? Try to redeem the code on xbox.com HERE and let us know if you're also seeing the same error message and error code. Please also post the error message
    and error code here as well.

    Cannot download Gears 1 and 3 codes

    Same issue for me. I have been able to redeem codes for Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgement, but haven't been able to redeem Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3. I also tried in microsoft.com/redeem with my Xbox associated account and didn't work either.

    Could someone advise on how to proceed further?
