Can I get a downloaded game that I purchased from a hacked account?

I'm a little confused. I know you said your account was "hacked" but is it the same account you're using now and the same account that purchased the games? If it's the same account then you can redownload it from your download history -
support.microsoft.com/.../962228

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Microsoft/Minecraft account being compromised.

Based on your description, you will have to recover your old hacked Microsoft account since the game Minecraft was purchased there. The system detects that your new Microsoft account does not have a Minecraft license.

If yes and the Microsoft closure is completed, I'm afraid it is no longer possible to recover your Minecraft game as the license was purchased on the Microsoft account.

Just in case the Microsoft account has not been fully deleted yet, you will have to recover your hacked Microsoft account. First of all, though it happens, it's very unlikely that your console was hacked, and all of these games were being downloaded to the console. Accounts can be hacked into quite often--we hate to say it, but that does happen. No hacker would hack into a console
and download their desired games onto that console. It wouldn't accomplish anything, as now they'd just have a bunch of games they can't play.

It does sound to me like your son was the one making all these purchases. It's possible he may have made the purchases from a computer.

Plus, if the console is not on, downloads will not proceed.

You may want to have a stern talking with your son. I know no one wants to believe that they child made any purchases without their child's consent, but it does happen.
