    Can I fix this?


    Ok. I have a game that was bought by my dad a while ago, (specifically steep) and I can't play it because I'm not signed in to his account. I know why this happens, but my dad's old email was hacked and I can't login to his account to play it. I tried launching the game on microsoft store, but my Xbox restarted. I know he could've got it with a subscription, but I'm not sure. If not, is there a way to fix this?

    Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account.

    I'm unsure what you exactly mean with that every account get's locked, what exactly happens and is the console connected to Xbox Live?
