    Can I find my code?


    Hello, my name is Alex and for christmas I was given an Xbox live 12 month membership. Today I realized that it was missing, I have looked everywhere but can't find it. I am either stupid or it was one of my brother's friends that took it, i have found
    things missing when his friend is over. I have the receipt and the card number, so I was wondering if it was possible to get the code back without the card.

    Can I find my Xbox?

    so a couple of weeks ago my Xbox went missing and come to find out someone is on my Xbox and they're using my account. I know this for a fact because nobody who has an Xbox knows my username or password and when you turn my Xbox on it automatically logs
    into my account . Is there any way I could track where it is or get them off of my account ???

    I'm sorry to hear about the console troubles. If your console was stolen, you'll want to work with your local law enforcement to try to recover it. We have no way of assisting or locating consoles here but you can take any/all information regarding your
    console to your local law enforcement and file a report for stolen goods.

    Where can I find my code?

    Was it purchased through All Access? If so, check under either Settings then Account or Games and Apps then Full Library for a section for "Include with this Xbox" and it should list the code there.

    There is no need for the activation code anymore. A code can only be redeemed once. After that the game license will be tied forever to the account you used to redeemed the code with.
    You will just need to go to your library

    Launch the game, and it might give you the option to download the DLC. If not, then try accessing your download history by going to settings - account - download history. Scroll down until you find the DLC. Select each one and download them.
