Can I File a Lawsuit on how my account was wrongfully suspended then my appeal was denied?

Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.

We would not have any information as to why you may have been suspended twice, If the suspension is anything over 24hrs you are able to submit a case review however, being that this is only a 24hr suspension you will have to wait it out. I do apologize for
this inconvenience.

Yes I made a Case but they said that my suspesion still stands.

Most suspensions and enforcement actions are given based on evidence. If in the unlikely case that you were wrongfully suspended you can appeal it by asking for a case review here.
