Here is the problem with this though.

If Microsoft had a way to get the digital games free with only having the disc what would stop someone from getting the digital game for free (by having a disc from redbox or a borrowed from a friend or something) and then just turning around and returning the disc? Nothing would really be able to stop that.

It would be so easily abused. Which is why i dont see something like that ever happening.

No, there is no way to get a digital key for free. If you want them to be digital, your only option is to pay for them again from the Microsoft Store.

Nope that is correct last weeks errors were only due to invalid errors for certain territories due to international laws on content you cannot download us region locked content unless you have a us connection

Only Iraq and alghanistan are the only us bases that I know of that has such connections

This cannot be changed due to international laws and distibution rights ms has no control over this this is due to governing bodies like pegi us content is esrb which is different body

So yes you will have to wait till you are in the us before you can download it you can however if extreme need be but I wouldn't due to having issues in the future get a korean account and a Korean disk to purchase the correct dlc if you can find a region
free disk but you will have issues downloading Korean content outside of Korea

A disk being region free does not mean the digital game would be region free please keep that in mind when using the website I don't rely on it but then again I don't buy out of region content
