Can I download Terraria and Risk Of Rain 2 on my laptop through the Xbox app?

Risk of Rain 2, its a great game not that demanding graphic wise.

Believe Xbox players would like it.

I am just using the Xbox APP I can sign in through the browser just not the APP. I'll download on the laptop to try it. If its my phone then I'm stuck with no solutions.

My pleasant surprise of 2019 would have to be Risk of Rain 2, an amazing game with a content road map that is improving the game over time! Fantastic game especially co-op with friends.
