Can I delete data from an Xbox account without removing Microsoft generally?

Yes, it is physically impossible for Activision to delete your Xbox or Steam account. Activision can only delete data on their system, such as your Activision account and the account connections, but not the accounts themselves. The xbox has no data on it, no accounts, no games and no apps doesn,t that mean that it is removed from the insider, if not is there a way i can remove it without the accounts that was on it, because the original owner does not have acces to his anymore.
