    So last night I canceled my subscription for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate because I didn't need it anymore. I went on my Xbox this morning and realized that my Xbox Live Gold was canceled as well. I normally pay for a yearly subscription and I have canceled
    Game Pass Ultimate halfway through the year to play new games. My Xbox was telling me to buy another whole year of Xbox Live even though I hadn't even finished my year of it yet. I then jump on to the Contact page and I was trying to find the email or contact
    a real person but the only way to contact Xbox other than this was by talking to the virtual assistant. I started asking it questions and it just lead me to a different question. I'm just going to say that your virtual assistant should be shut down and my
    experience was terrible with it. I am very frustrated trying to contact you about my problem. Can I convert my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate back to Xbox Live Gold without paying for a yearly subscription again and just returning to my old subscription? And can
    you please find an easier way to access Xbox Help and Support by emailing or messaging?

    However, if you would like to dispute on why you would like to be an Xbox Live Gold member than a Xbox Game Pass Ultimate member... you could contact Xbox customer service.

    Once, you agreed to convert Xbox Live Gold into Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is final.

    In short, once you have converted to Game Pass Ultimate, your Xbox Live Gold will be converted to Game Pass Ultimate. If you cancel, you will lose that converted Xbox Live Gold.

    Once you activated the Game Pass Ultimate your Xbox Live Gold was converted to Game Pass Ultimate time. If you cancelled Game Pass Ultimate, then you lose your Xbox Live Gold that was converted.
