Can I check the status of my xbox game updates remotely?

I'm personally not seeing a way. Good feature request though! I know that you can push game installs, but even then I'll never actually know if it worked or not from the xbox app itself.

The gamepass app however, gives me a push notification when a game has started and finished installing.

Thank you for your input. I must have misread something online then because I thought it was already doable. So if it's not, how do we request it for the future? Also, I don't have the Gamepass app, I'll check that one out. Thanks.

Off subject anyone having issues when they send there xbox one day one remotes to xbox for replacement and have not got there remote sent back in a timely turn around time they have had my day one remote for 45 days and have not sent my remote back to me
yet with no update on status or time frame any one know if they are backed up cust serv just gives me the run around and I provided them with tracking num and they confirmed it was received on feb 20 and escalated to the advocacy team and no update from them
either pls who can I contact besides cust serv to check on this issue?

If you’re still having trouble, try these solutions:

Check the Xbox status, which can be done in the Xbox app. On mobile, go to the

Profile tab and select the Settings icon, then select Support & feedback > Xbox status. Or, on a browser, go to:

Close the Xbox app on your device and then reopen it.

Check that you’re signed in to the Xbox app with the same account that you used to enable remote play from your console.
