can i change the renewal date for my xbox game pass subscription?

Hello MichaelcCondur, unfortunately there is no way to change the date of billing of the subscription, formerly there was, Microsoft had the date of renewal of the subscription and the date of billing, but they eliminated this option, now the date of renewal / payment of the subscription is when you purchased or repurchased the Game Pass.

If you wanted the charge to be on another date, turn off automatic subscription renewal via the link below by going to your subscriptions and then re-subscribe to the Game Pass on the date you want to be charged.

You can subscribe to the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription and deactivate the recurring renewal. This does not dissuade the subscription but continues until the expiration date.

I understand you'd like to change the renewal date of your subscription. Unfortunately, as of now, this option isn't available. Subscription renewals are automatically triggered on the expiration date of your current plan.

The only workaround I can suggest is to cancel the subscription or turn off recurring billing. Once it expires, you can then re-subscribe on your preferred date. This new date would become your new renewal cycle moving forward.

when it comes to billing there are two dates, oneis the renewel date that the subscription renews( that can change depends on subscription) and there is a billing date. The billing datee does not change om and that is when thechrge is sent to the bank to
settle the balance for the sub.From the renew date 11 May 2015 there is a pending balance that is settled on the billing date 2 June 2015

To add to this, check the end date of the subscription. You can di it via this link HTTPS://account.microsoft.com/services you will see that it states Xbox Live Gold
is cancelled and it will show Game Pass Ultimate. Note the date, you can turn off auto renew but do not cancel the Game Pass Ultimate subscription. If you cancel, you will lose any converted Xbox Live Gold.
