Can I change the Microsoft Account linked to my Xbox Live account?

You can't change Microsoft Accounts, wholly, but you can change the email address of that account if that's
your hope. I would recommend taking a look at the subscriptions tied to the accounts on the Microsoft Account page for both emails if they are both Microsoft Accounts.

You can set
a different e-mail address as your Microsoft account, but only if that address isn't already a Microsoft account. Can you give us some additional details as to what's going on, and what your general concern is?
