Can I change the email address my Xbox account is tied to while keeping all the games tied...

I am so sorry you are having issues with a continually compromised account.

There is no way to do this.

However, I have a way to change your log in address so compromising is far less likely.

"Go to Add an alias.

Sign in to your Microsoft account, if prompted. [https://account.live.com/AddAssocId]

Under Add an alias, do one of the following:

Create a new Outlook.com email address and add it as an alias.

Add an existing email address as an alias.

Select Add alias."

Now you can go to this site: [account.live.com/SignInPreferences] and turn off your sign in options for the past alias.

Your email address will operate completely as normal, but now you must sign in with another email address.

The email address associated with an Xbox account is tied to all Microsoft products - Office, OneDrive, Xbox, JSkype, etc. It's one account to work across all the Microsoft services. More information can be found here.

If you want to use his email address as the primary for an Microsoft account, then a second account will need to be created.

Something to keep in mind, nothing (Gamerscore, purchases, etc.) can be transferred between accounts. If you change the email address associated with the current account, everything will be tied to that email address. More information can be found here.

Because the games are tied to that account you'll want to keep that account and just change the email address associated with it. The following support page should assist you in the process.

Do you happen to remember the email tied to it and all of your info for that gamertag?

The only I can think of doing this requires access to your original email...but since can't log into that account anymore, you might need to call support at 1-800-4MY-XBOX and talk to the guys at accounts and billing.

I'm not saying it's certain since I never had to call support to change my email....but I feel that as long as you can prove it's your account with all of the proper info, they should be able to change the email address tied to your gamertag.
