    I've bought a custom elite controller but it sent the info to a email I can't access I'm wondering if I can get the info sent to another email I've been in processing for the controller since the 7th

To answer your question about the email already sent, you may reach out to our live support team for assistance as they have advance tools that may help. If they do not have tools to help at least they can provide you details about your purchase. Please follow the steps below:

    1. Please use this link: Contact us | Xbox Support
    2. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.

    3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.
    4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
    5. Select the "Contact Us" button
    6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
    7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.

    I didn't do this but I did remove the old email and add a new on onto my Microsoft account so if I did go and change the billing address email it would just say the new one and the info already sent to the other email I'm just wondering if they can send the info for tracking to my new email

    I take it you are trying to use the Xbox Design Lab? Try to contact support and say you're having trouble with the controller design lab. Or see if there is a support page/email/number on the controller design lab website.
