    Can I change my email back? Because I got hacked.


    About a week ago, one of my gmail account's got hacked into, by a keylogger, or a virus, my microsoft account was also broken into, the hacker took my account with minecraft on it and changed the email to a random rambler.ru email, now when I try logging into my old email to Microsoft, it says my account doesn't exist and that I should try making a new one, or if I want to send a code to the rambler.ru email, I dont have access to that rambler email but I know the full name of it. In conclusion, I cant recover my account data, I worked hard as a kid to earn money to buy the game, so can an agent please help me change my email back, because i know my OLD microsoft email and it's password, Please help me. Thank you for your time.

    My Microsoft account got hacked and it changed to an email that ends with @rambler.ru

    the hacker changed the email to begin with then I changed it back to my email and it said it would take 30 days and then it got hacked back into and now it wont let me change the email at all for 30 days. Not sure if that answered your question or not.

    I can’t check “downtime” because my account got hacked or either deleted my the hacker, it said someone just got into my account somehow it was added in then changed my email to theirs not I can’t play games anymore such as Minecraft, the only game I really play.
