Can i change my e-mail if the mail has been locked?

I was around 12-15 years old when I created my Minecraft account.

the Email I used belonged to an Israeli company called Walla.

as the years grew I moved to Gmail and my walla mail was left unused.

after 5 years of not using the walla mail, the policy of the company says the mail will be deleted.

which means I can't access or request access to my mail.

I wish to have access to my account.

help to get a permit would be greatly appreciated!

firstly, I was unclear.- my apologies

walla has completely removed my mail, and I have all the necessary authorizations to authenticate I'm the owner of the account.

but Walla mail has completely closed my account and my ability to gain it back.

I tried using Minecraft support but it was unclear.

I'm currently serving in the army and I only have free time on the weekends,

if I was able to talk to someone with the right permissions

a quick chat with me and I'm sure ill be able to prove everything.

Hello again, the big issue in your case is that the email is blocked and belongs to another company.

I would advise you to contact Minecraf support to see what they can advise you.

Hello עדי, you could change the "Alias" of your email if it was a Microsoft account and you had access to it.

If you moved the email to G-mail, but still logging in with the Walla domain, it made it impossible for you to fully migrate and do an account recovery through Walla.

If the company in question is going to delete it, you'll have to see to it that you get access to your email again so that they don't delete your account.

Hello again, I believe that Mojang does the service by ticket, they can take a while but they always respond, if some more time passes, try to send another request.
