    My gamertag is . But I would like to have . Notice the capitalisation. I tried to change it but it said “you already own that gamertag, if you’re happy with it you don’t need to make any changes” does anyone know how to change the capitalisation?

    You could join the Microsoft Rewards Program !

    If you collect points every day you should have enough points in 2-3 months to perform 2 Gt changes !

    Afterwards you can use the earned points for purchasing games , add-ons and subs.

    Hi! I'm Rostom, an Independent Advisor. I will be glad to help you here.

    The gamertag system isn't case sensitive. As long as it's the same gamertag, it won't consider it as a different gamertag when you change a letter case.

    The workaround here is for you to change it to a different one then change it back again to your original gamertag with different letter case already. That would mean paying it twice.
