    I want to cancel my refund because it been 5 days of waiting for the money. So I want to keep the game. Yes the money has been taken out my account and the game is taken away. What didn't get the refund for 5 days.

    Sorry to say but nope :c once a refund it's approved Microsoft send the money to your bank.

    If you want the item again you may need to wait until the money arrives to your account / payment method used and then purchase the game

    If the refund already shows as "approved" then its already too late to cancel it.

    If you have filed for a refund through the refund form you can ask for a cancelation simply by replying to the confirmation email requesting cancellation.

    can i use the items that i purchased? or is there a way for me to cancel the refund?
    I personally wouldn't if those items were the ones being refunded. Eventually i think they will go away.

    If the refund was already showing as "approved/accepted" then its already too late to cancel the refund.
