Can I Cancel my suscription and get my money back?

for refunding try the following.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com

login to your microsoft/xbox account

Click on "Payments and billing" --> "Order history"

This will bring you to this page: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Here you will find the game you have bought, with a button "Request a refund" (see example picture)

When you get a suscription trough a third party provider, they are the ones that can cancel the suscription, if in the system says that your suscription ends until that date means it has already been pay until that date, you probably had a Gold suscription previously that got converted, but if you already cancelled trough the third party then you only need to wait until the date it's showing you that will end
