    I wan to buy a Crash Team Racing for my Xbox and I have find a website that sells it for $8 and how it works is that they send me the details of an account and it's like buying an account that has that game. The name of the website is [mod removed] and in their website they say that it's legally and it's legit but I just I want tot make sure that it's legit or that is it legally to buy account because some reviews say that it is a scam. So please help me with this.

    Buying/selling of accounts is not allowed. So it violates the terms of service. You'd be putting yourself at risk for being scammed since you wouldn't actually own anything, and put yourself at risk for being banned.

    This is so confusing but ill give it a shot No you can't mod in any way shape or form. You can buy skin packs from the marketplace, they have talked about making texture packs but nothing is set in place as of now. I really didn't get the
    last part of your post at all, can you buy minecraft? yes... you can buy minecraft legally from the marketplace...

    you can never earn achievements that you earned before modding and getting caught again. Legit or not can't get them or be removed from cheater

    it makes no difference how long ago it was,microsoft agree otherwise they would have removed the cheater banner by now.

    And yes i can say i am legit, i have never modded or hacked anything on xbox that would result in a reset or a ban.
