I live in Pakistan and don't have a debit or credit card. So can I buy a game using easypaisa app on Xbox store and if so how?

Unfortunately no as you arent usingh a supported payment method nor are you in a supported region

Calling that number will do nothing,it's for the U.S.,the op is from Pakistan.

Unfortunately Pakistan is not a xbox live supported country at the moment so there's nothing you can do other than buy the game on disc.
