Can I buy a game that says "can't be sold separately", with other currency available?

So I have a plan to buy an Xbox Series S, then I saw Cyberpunk 2077 is currently at a discounted rate (USD), so I thought I wanna buy the game first through the website, but when I change the webpage language to Indonesian (where I'm currently in) so it will display the price in IDR, but instead it says "can't be sold separately".

My question is, does this means I can't play it in my region, or I just have to buy it with USD?

*I have a USD card, I'm just afraid that I won't be able to play it if I buy it that way

**this is my first console, so I don't really get how things work about buying games

I understand that you want to purchase Cyberpunk 2077. Don't worry, as long as you successfully purchase it on the US Xbox Store, you will be able to play it, even if you are located in a different region.

Idk its probably happening to a lot of people but i can't buy the dlc it either says it's unavailable or can not be sold separately it sucks

If it's a separate balance then it's a different currency from your account region you can't buy other regions carss

I think that's 142 separate cars. they are sold in packs, each pack has multiple cars.... you can buy a car separate from the pack, but to do each individually would cost alot more. also some cars are pack only.
