    Hi all,

    I was wondering 2 things related to games for Xbox one.

    #1:

    I want Minecraft for Xbox one while the deal is still on where if you have the 360 version (as I do) you can get the Xbox one version for a discounted price. I do not yet own an Xbox one console but I do sometimes use the Xbox one Smartglass app. As the
    Smartglass app allows you to access the store, I was wondering if you could possibly buy Minecraft (or anything else for this matter) and then be able to download it to the console whenever I decide to get the console (I am looking at buying the console between
    Christmas and end of January).

    #2:

    Pretty much the same deal as above - I'm 50/50 with getting the digital version of destiny for Xbox 360 and you are able to get it for free for Xbox 1 before January 15th, so I was wondering if I would be able to do the same as above and download it using
    the Smartglass app but not having the console till a later date - would that be ok?

    Pretty much long in a short sentence - can I use the Xbox 1 Smartglass app to purchase anything now and then download it when I get the console at a later date?

    Why can't we purchase stuff online or on smart glass and it automatically download on X1?

    Things you purchase there will be added to your download queue and begin downloading next time you are online.

    This works for Xbox 360, and most if not all Xbox One games too.

    It is not available through SmartGlass though.

    Just to add: For Xbox One content, it is actually a bit more convoluted to get through to the Buy Now page. But eventually after clicking on the content, there should be a 'Buy Now' link and then you choose 'Xbox Games Store' and you can buy it from there
    and it will download.

    Add on content

    I have peggle with one account and no points to buy the add on content with it. On my other account I have enough points to buy the add on content but did not purchase the game. My question is can I just buy the add on content with with the profile that
    did not buy the game or do I have to buy it with the account that bought it?

    The x1 and WinPhone have auto-updated; just waiting on the tablet app now.

    Looks like you can buy DLC through the Smartglass now, too, as well as the main games. :)

    Hey Derpressiony, im sorry!

    If so, then yes.

    Specifically, gamers will be able to use the Xbox SmartGlass app or access the Xbox.com website to remotely buy games and add on content. Assuming your Xbox One is set up to automatically accept updates, that means your console will start downloading the game
    or other content right after you purchase it.
