    Hello there, I was wondering how do you become a xbox live moderator? I am not making this thread just for the power's I want to help the community. You see I am tired of people getting away with crimes ect on xbox
    live. It pisses me off to see all these people disobeying the rules of xbox live and I just can't stand it, seeing that i'm on 24/7 I could help the community out alot I truly believe that I can help xbox live be a better place. It's annoying seeing people
    use LagSwitchs, Hacks, modded controller's, ect. In xbox live it is just sad, I've seen people get reported 1 thousand times without being banned, it is discouraging and makes me want to quit xbox live but I keep pushing. Is there anyway I could help out the
    community. (I do not even need to be a moderator) I just want to help. All the videos on youtube on how to make a Lagswitch ect is a discrace, its cheating and I won't stand for it. I garantee with me on the job the xbox live community would be a better place
    for gamer's around the world! I would insert a youtube video of someone cheating on xbox live but I do not think this have the setting.p

    That would be the enforcement team. Just like any job, you would have to see if Microsoft has a position available, send in a resume, interview, etc. and you typically have to be in Redmond. http://careers.microsoft.com
