    While I know it may seem frustrating your best option to report and block the players you believe are breaking the code of conduct. If your account has been compromised, please follow the

    compromised account solution    .

    As an additional note: I would contact your internet service provider and let them know about the breach to see if they can assist you with blocking the IP that attacked you.

    If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. They would be the only ones who could ban them.
