Just to confirm, is this for an Xbox subscription or game subscription you are trying to refund? No worries as you may submit a request to the Xbox refunds team for this.

First, get your order number via https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders page and once you have it visit https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-... fill out the form and submit the request to them. They are the ones who will update you about the status of your request. Just keep an eye on your email as they will reach you via email for your request.

In addition to that, you may turn off the renewal of your subscription in the future via https://account.microsoft.com/services page just wanted to share this as well as you can better manage your subscription in the future if ever you have any plans of subscribing again.
