    Can I appeal temporary Xbox ban


    Can I appeal a temporary Xbox ban? I logged in today to find out I had a 14 day ban when I haven't broken any terms of service since March 31st. There is no option to even see it on the enforcement webpage and I couldn't contact support to help with this as it says with this issue I am unable to call or talk online to any support.

    So I'm forced to wait out a 14 day device ban when I didn't do anything to break terms of service, haven't changed Xbox's or modified my own in any way?

    The enforcement site would be the only place to go to see if it's eligible for an appeal.

    It doesn't show up on the enforcement website at all. Is there a seperate section for device bans versus account bans?

    Oh device bans are completely different. They won't show on the enforcement site since they aren't tied to an account. There's no way to appeal a device ban.

    Yeah that's useless. I can't talk with anyone about it and I'm not trying to appeal the temporary ban that ended 2+ years ago.
