Sign in to the Microsoft account you want to update.

Go to Payment & Billing and select Payment Options.

You can add or edit payment methods from here.

No it is not as Pakistan is not a supported region for Microsoft products. You may not access any stores or online services unless you move to a supported country. Microsoft has contracts and licenses and has no legal right to sell to unsupported countries.

Unfortunately your country is not supported by Xbox Live . You won't be able to use the service. If you are wanting to purchase games, they would need to be disc version and playable without Xbox Live subscriptions

You don't need gold to buy things from the store but you may need gold to play some of the games if they are online only.

You will need a payment option,either a credit debit card or paypal account linked to your account or you can buy credit to add to your Microsoft account.
