    Which store did you buy it? If you purchased it from a retailer store, it must contain a 25-digit code to redeem on your account. If you don't have it, please try to contact the retailer.

    You can purchase 5 years of Live Gold membership on 5 12 month cards and activate each one as each year expires. Or you can activate 3 12 month cards and have a total of 36 months of maximum subscription and then activate the 2 12 month cards.

    I bought an 12 month Xbox live gold card on 7/03/23, and I only had live for a few days. I checked the order history and it said it expired on 7/13/23 can someone help?

    I purchased the Gold and activated it. I then purchased Ultimate and activated it. I then cancelled the Ultimate not realizing that it would cancel both so now my xbox live card does not work. Please advise me of how to get my xbox live reactivated.
