Can get log in to Xbox console try everything

I've had this problem before, so I know how frustrating it can be. What finally worked for me was resetting the console and removing all accounts before signing back in. I know you said you tried resetting, that process will usually remove that accounts if there are no family group limitations in place.

Can you try resetting with USB?

Hi thinks for getting back to me.I try that.Its when try add account it just keeps loading over and over again.My daughter had the same .Starting do my head in as both console doing the same thing.screen goes circling over and over

Your account can only be logged in to one device at a time. When you login to a second Xbox console it will automatically log you out of the first this is by design. If it did not do this then people would simply get one account and share it with everyone
they know.

You can use the home console feature to have everything you purchased digitally available on both consoles.

Put the console in the factory setting with deleting everything. Then log in again to do everything you need to run the console for the first time. Then install the games you play, and try again everything perfectly.
