    I can get the file on my Xbox, but when I try to open it, instead of asking me what I want to open it with, it looks up the file type on the store like an idiot, how could I tell it what to use to open the file?

    How do you get file browser activated on a profile? It isn't letting me use it at all. It keeps saying profile isn't authorized to use.

    Xbox live purchasing is just stupid

    I'm trying to purchase xbox live on my xbox one instead of buying a gift card, which is what I usually do, but instead of just letting me buy my xbox live gold it forces me to enter bank details. Why can't I use the money I have on my account?

    Trouble re-downloading Netflix App.

    G'day ryano! Are you still getting the same download error with the Netflix app? Let's try to download something else instead. Pick a free demo, or even the current Games with Gold title, and download it to your console. If that download is successful, then
    try the Netflix app next.

    Please let us know what happens! If it doesn't work, tell us what part failed and we'll continue working from there.

    Netflix on X box 360

    You should use the Netflix app. It sounds like you're trying to access Netflix through Internet Explorer.

    To download the app, from the Dashboard go to the section labelled 'apps' and press A on the tile that says Search Apps. Type in Netflix and download the app. Then try using that instead, you should not get any ActiveX errors there.

    Let us know how that goes.

    Try downloading the Xbox Beta app instead, then launch that app to see if you can use the setting on there instead.

    Hey again Dr! Getting that game file size should help our investigation! Can you try something else for us? Instead of re-downloading after clearing your cache and restarting would you actually try downloading 9GB of alternate content to try to write over
    that space on the HD? And then re-download GTA? Let me know your results! I appreciate your cooperation on this one immensely. :)
