Can game play history be moved to a different account

Save files and purchases are linked to a single profile permanently. This profile can be moved completely to a new e-mail address.

Partial movements cannot be made.

Thanks for the response. Are you saying that all the Xbox files and purchases can be moved or ALL the files and purchases? If it is limited to Xbox files and purchases then that is exactly what i want to do.
