Can Enforcement retaliate with additional enforcement due to feedback given they disagree...

This is not how the enforcement team works, they only take action if you get reported by someone( of course after reviewing the report), or if you don't abide by the code of conduct.

So, a short answer to your question is No!

Sure you’re technically right. Does the enforcement team handle every single report that’s reported? Heck no, there is just waaay too many reports for the team to handle. They will look at reports that are filtered to meet certain criteria such as certain key words, volume of reports, severity etc. do I still believe sending distasteful feedback is linked to further enforcement action on my account? Why yes I do. Had I had not left feedback that was distasteful, there wouldn’t have been the motivation to be investigated, and said reports on my account would have never been looked at. You are right saying that the team only deals with reports sent in by other players. Microsoft has a limited number of social justice warriors employed in their enforcement department to handle reports so there’s an automatic system that will ban players via communication if certain lettering patterns meet a certain criteria. Before I had sent said distasteful feedback, I was off the radar and was of no concern for any investigation. The real investigation was not due to another player reporting me but sparked by a heated and offended social justice warrior employed by Microsoft which then took further action into looking into any reports sent in related to my account. Had I not left any feedback I would not have put myself on the radar where those reports on my profile would have never seen the light of day…. So technically you’re right and technically I do believe there is some truth behind my claims. So very sad to see speech being confined and regulated. This sort of communist fascist hindering of speech will do our future generations a huge disservice… first amendment is under fire, starting with big tech. All in the name of social justice 🤦‍♂️

I've checked my enforcement page, it was only 3 comments I made in a thread disagreeing with a few people in dark souls 3 expecting people to "bow" before they engage in player vs player (PvP) which is not a rule.

So because I disagreed with these people, they can report my comments to xbox enforcement and I get banned due to having a differing opinion? I want to talk to Microsoft about that.

If someone harasses you online just report that person or block him from further abuse. Retaliating counts
as harassment and is subject to enforcement acts.

The enforcement team doesn't use the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues
