    Oh my apologies. When you delete your account all data is deleted which is why you have the time limited option to change your mind before it's permanently deleted.

    Hello Gilly, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

    If you delete data from your account it is only for the device the account is on. Microsoft would still have access to the data.

    When it's been permanently deleted all data is gone on both sides.
