Can connect featured servers but not to Hypixel server

In Windows 10 Minecraft, we can connect to the featured servers,
but any servers we add get stuck in Locating Server. We have literally spent HOURS chatting and on phone support going over xBox settings, Microsoft Family settings, router, firewall, etc. Tried entering power shell command CheckNetIsolation LoopbackExempt
-a -n="Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe" and tried dozens of servers. Also tried completely disabling virus protection temporarily.

Have tried enabling literally every single security permission in xBox and MS Family account settings. The convoluted security authentication and access scheme between Mojang, xBox and Microsoft is ridiculous and I suspect is the source of this somehow.
Do we have to somehow enable port 19132 "somewhere" besides the firewall? I allowed 19132 both inbound and outbound for TCP and UDP.

If we click on the hypixel server to connect we get

Any ideas where to go next?

Also... it's not just the Hypixel server. It's any server outside of the featured servers.

bedrock edition and windos edition can not connect to hypixel because hypixel is a java only server. my java name is MICROSOOFT and is PE

Make sure the servers you put in are bedrock edition ip's or else it wont work like your hypixel case mc.hypixel.net only works on PC I hope you see this and I hope it helps.

Hello Lucas, I try typing in a server address from youtubers I watch and I get the error message "java.net.connectexception: Connection timed out : no further information". Servers I try connecting to are hypixel.

Thanks for reaching out to the Xbox forums! Microsoft is not affiliated with Hypixel. If their servers are not working, then it is up to them to fix it.

I checked their status page (Hypixel Status) and it says that both their Minecraft and Alpha Minecraft servers are operational. If you continue having server connectivity issues, please troubleshoot your internet or reach out to Hypixel for support using the link below.

by that i mean progress on minecraft servers called hypixel. i wanted to know weather it will keep my progress and rank on the server as i have been working on it for 3 year so far.
