Can buy Minecraft again?

If she had purchased Minecraft Bedrock Edition for PC before both versions were sold together, then she should have received Minecraft Java Edition for free. There's no need for her to buy the game again if she already has it.

Just keep in mind that this only applies if Minecraft Bedrock Edition was previously purchased for PC. If it was bought for another device, such as an Xbox console or a mobile phone, then this doesn't apply.

You need to make sure that you're using the account where the game was purchased. To start with, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then locate your order for the game. Once found make sure that you're signed in under the correct account both on Microsoft Store App and Xbox App.

I asked for a refund but after sending it i remembered that i bought minecraft with the offer that it was at 15 dollars. and i was gonna try to buy it again so i could see if i can fix the region thing. Will i be able to buy Minecraft for the price that it was even though its gone now??

I hope that i can do that cause i that offer was the whole reason to buy minecraft for my friend.
