Can anyone tell me how I can fix "Your security protocal won't work"?

Sorry to hear about the issue. Let's do our best to get this sorted out.

To confirm, how is it not connecting to your Wi-Fi? Do you get an error when you attempt to connect to the Wi-Fi after entering your Wi-Fi password?

To isolate the issue, try to connect your console using your mobile hotspot.

If that doesn't work, try to reset your router by unplugging it from the power outlet for at least 5 minutes before turning it back on. If possible try to factory reset your router as well.

On the other hand, you could as well perform a factory reset on your Xbox. There's an option to keep your games and apps.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console? Please choose “Reset and keep my games & apps”

Did you make sure to follow the exact instructions above? Importantly clearing the cache 3 times in a row and then restarted your console? Skipping any of those steps will cause this solution to not work properly.

Please try the everything in the following order: delete your profile (profile only), clear system cache (3
times) in a row, restart your console (important), download your profile again.

Note: If you can't delete your profile, please turn off your console, remove the storage device, and then plug it back in and start the console.

1. Moving your profile to a
   
   USB drive.
2. Turning off your console
3. Removing your hard drive
   
4. Turn on console
5. Try connecting to LIVE

You also might want to try running a
Connections Test and using that troubleshooter.
