Can anyone tell me how I can fix "Your security protocal won't work"?

To confirm, how is it not connecting to your Wi-Fi? Do you get an error when you attempt to connect to the Wi-Fi after entering your Wi-Fi password?

To isolate the issue, try to connect your console using your mobile hotspot.

If that doesn't work, try to reset your router by unplugging it from the power outlet for at least 5 minutes before turning it back on. If possible try to factory reset your router as well.

On the other hand, you could as well perform a factory reset on your Xbox. There's an option to keep your games and apps.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console? Please choose “Reset and keep my games & apps”

Thanks. In that case may I suggest trying a factory reset on the console as listed in the link below. There's an option to keep your installed games and apps and your saves will be safe on the Cloud.

The only thing I ask if you try this is to delete MW2 first and if you're prompted to bring over previous settings or use the app choose No.

Everything is enabled and I just re downloaded it and still having the issue. I'm gonna try turning off remote play it may be the issue. "Edit" With remote play turned off it still mutes the lobby without letting me change it.

I've been looking into this issue and it seems others have had it in the past. Other than double checking the in game audio settings to make sure everything is enabled properly the best suggestion has always been to delete then redownload the game.

Rep and suspensions are two separate things. To improve your rep, you need to play online without getting reported. Free to play games (like Neverwinter) are good games to help improve your rep.
