CAN ANYONE SWAP A COPY OF GTA 5 OF XBOX ONE VERSION WITH ME I HAVE A 360 VERSION?

Certain games have seperate versions for 360 and the One. GTA 5 has a 360 version that hasnt really gotten updates from what i remember. This version is different from the one used on Xbox One which is up to date on dlc and content. Any data you have on
your 360 copy wont be carried over as well if you choose to buy the xbox one version except for your achievements i believe. Some other games that also have different versions are battlefield hardline and COD: Ghosts. Sucks to have to start over but its worth
it as the One version has much more content

My guess is they will make both Xbox 360 and Xbox One versions of GTA 5.

Free/discounted upgrades to the Xbox One version of games is up to the developer/publisher of the game. Because of this, it varies game-to-game. GTA V doesn't have an offer for an upgrade at this time, I believe Minecraft still has an offer where you can
buy the Xbox One version for $5 (instead of $20) if you have played the Xbox 360 version.

Similarly, data transferring from the Xbox 360 version to the Xbox One version is up to the developer. I believe Minecraft has a way to move worlds from 360 to Xbox One, and if I remember right your GTA Online progress can transfer as well.

No sorry, it won't. The Xbox 360 version of GTA V is not backwards compatible. If you want to play GTV 5 you'll need to buy the Xbox One version.
