    Can anyone help? I can't get any of my games to load, any ideas how to resolve this? I've tried unplugging my console from the power source but it still won't load any of my games. Anyone have any other ideas?

    thanks for the answers, another question about rewards: i have read that microsoft is rewarding xbox users in other ways, but that part i don't understand either. by just playing games or watch netflix on the xbox. how about this?

    Check which buttons you are using most on Gears when compared to other games. Those buttons could be triggering, along with the vibration of the pad, to disconnect from the battery pack. I used to have this problem with Halo Reach simply because of the type
    of vibrations in the pad. Try turning vibration off and see if that has any effect?

    The best thing to do is set up some spawn points/weapons and then play a few rounds. Then you can see where the choke-points are and if any weapons are too overpowered for it.
