DLC licences can not be moved between different LIVE accounts, they are tied to the account that purchased them. Licence transfer's are not there so we can share the licences. just to move the licence to a new console when an old one breaks, for example.

So it seems your brother will need to purchase a Call of Duty season pass for his own account, if he can not access the DLC as it is now..

Can anyone help out?

My brother and I share an xbox together and we both love to play cod, however we play with different friends on two different accounts, and he wants to play with his friends with the season pass dlc I bought for cod, and he cant download it from my account
because when I sign it it just reverses it all.

So then my friend told me about License Transferring and how I could use that to give him the dlc that I already paid for, and I go to License Transfer and it tells me that I have License Transferred on this exact date, and can't license transfer for another
4 months. Is this a bug? Can anyone help me fix this?
