Can anyone help me troubleshoot my Xbox series X?

While playing a game, after an unspecific amount of time, the game image will start to flicker and cut out. Then, the xbox controller will disconnect, and the xbox series x will lose internet connection and will not reconnect until it is restarted.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling games, restarting the xbox, restarting the router, unplugging the xbox and plugging it back in, and factory resetting the xbox. Nothing has fixed the issue.

It's out of warranty so I'm wondering if I'm just stuck with a dud Xbox and out $500 or if someone knows anything else I could try to fix it. Any advice would be appreciated!

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues with your console.

I have to say that considering your console's problem and the troubleshooting you've done so far, it's likely this is hardware-related and for that, your console may need to be serviced. As an effort to make sure all possible options are exhausted, I'd appreciate it if you could answer the following questions:

- To clarify, the factory reset you did, was it done keeping games and apps or removing everything?
- Do you have any external devices plugged into your console's Expansion Card or USB ports?
- Is your console enrolled in the Xbox Insider program?
- Is your console plugged directly into one of the wall's outlets?
- May I ask what resolution and refresh rate you are using?
- Are you using HDR or Dolby Vision with your console?

Hello, I have had the old x box 1. Everything worked fine on it. I just got the new x series. After setting it all up, my vanguard is not there. It's just giving me the option to buy it again. Can anyone help me

Oh my, it used to happen to me as well with my Series X Aaron, honestly it seems you have tried all the troubleshooting there is. My best advice, replace the console while you can! https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-net... I followed the steps and had my new Series X without any issues!

Joseph, can you help me? I purchased PGA Tour 2K23 for XBOX One.

I then bought a Xbox Series X console. Can my game be upgraded to Series X so I can play it on the new console with better graphics etc. Thanks.

My Series X will not let me play MYCAREER REC, Park, Theater @ all w/ out crashing completely off!! I have tried every possible fix and all troubleshooting!! I have made several 2k support tickets and they DO NOT CARE or have a fix!! ZERO!! I can play any other game w/ NO PROBLEMS!! Just NBA2K23 and NBA2K22 have this exact issue!! My RECORD in the REC is 0-19 w/ 19 crashes!! ZERO stats!! I have BEVER been able to play 1 game w/ out it crashing my Series X!! 100% fail rate!! Anyone, anyone, PLEASE HELP??????????
