Can anyone help me install the Dead space remake or get a refund

From what I understand, this game belongs to EA, I searched EA's social networks to see if I could find any official news, and unfortunately I found absolutely nothing.

But I searched the internet and there are many pages that say that the game is coming out today, maybe it will come out at a specific time and for that reason it is not available at the moment.

Hello Arturo, Thank you for responding to me. This is my first time trying out the Game Pass. I have never used it before.

I was happy to get it and to see how it works; I was mostly interested in playing the Dead Space remake, but I was unlucky.

Maybe I can get another code if something is wrong with this one.
