Can anyone help me find a Xbox 20th anniversary controller model 1914 battery cover

Casey, I'm afraid that Microsoft does not sell these types of spare parts for these controller models, so the only way to get them on the market is through sites like Amazon or Ebay where you may be able to find a spare parts seller whose controller has broken and has the cover you need for sale.

experimenting with my personal controllers it appears the battery covers are interchangeable. Your mileage may vary but it might be worth a couple bucks on Amazon to get a battery cover and see if it fits

May I know if this is happening only with fortnite when you use this controller? Or is with all your games?

The controller firmware is up to date and everything?

That's the latest model, also known as 1914, try double checking this in the little label that appears as soon as you open the lid, I have three Xbox Controllers including the 20th anniversary controller and is the same 1914.

I have the wireless dongle and am using an official rechargeable battery. I don't know. At this point, I'm thinking it's my controller. It's too bad since it's the 20th anniversary xbox series x controller.
